1. What products do you manufacture?
We manufacture and export premium leather garments, including men’s & women’s jackets, coats, blazers, waistcoats, trousers, skirts, and long coats. Every piece reflects export-quality craftsmanship and durability.
2. Do you offer OEM and Private Label services?
Yes, we specialize in both OEM and Private Label production:
- OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing): We produce leather garments according to your brand’s design and specifications.
- Private Label: Finished products with your branding, logo, and packaging.
3. Which countries do you export to?
We export worldwide, focusing on cold countries including the USA, UK, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Scandinavia, and other European regions.
4. Do you supply directly to end customers?
Yes. We primarily work with importers, wholesalers, retailers, fashion brands, and distributors, and we also accept orders from individual customers worldwide (single piece or bulk, export-ready).
5. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We supply B2B and B2C. For individual buyers, MOQ can be 1 piece. For wholesale/private label, typical MOQs are:
- Single-piece orders (retail/custom): 1 pc accepted
- Jackets & Coats: 1 pcs per style
- Blazers & Waistcoats: 1 pcs per style
- Trousers & Skirts: 1 pcs per style
- Trench coat & Pants: 1 pcs per style

6. Can I customize my order (color, size, design)?
Absolutely! We offer:
- 60+ colors (custom colors available)
- Sizes from XS to 10XL
- Custom leather type & texture
- Private branding (logos, labels, packaging)
7. Do you provide samples?
Samples: Yes, samples can be arranged on request. Charges apply and are adjustable against confirmed bulk orders. Payment: 50% advance at order placement; balance due at the time of shipping (prior to dispatch).
8. How do you ensure product quality?
Each garment passes through a strict quality control process that includes:
- Leather inspection & grading
- Cutting & sizing
- Stitching
- Quality checks
- Finishing & waxing
- Pressing & packing
9. What are your payment terms?
We accept secure international payment methods:
- Bank SWIFT transfer
- Payoneer / Wise / Stripe
Standard terms: 50% advance and 50% before shipment (negotiable for bulk orders).
10. How long does production take?
Production time depends on order size and customization:
- Standard orders: 3–5 weeks
- Customized bulk orders: 5–8 weeks
11. What shipping options do you provide?
We offer global shipping:
- FOB Karachi (Free on Board)
- CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight)
For small shipments, we use DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
12. What is your return policy?
Returns: Accepted only for manufacturing defects or if the order does not match the agreed specifications. Claims must be reported within 7-14 days of delivery (with photo/video evidence). Customized or private-label orders are non-refundable unless defective. Buyer bears all return costs — return shipping, duties/taxes, and any handling/bank charges. Refunds/credits are issued after our QC inspection; original shipping fees are non-refundable.

All our leather garments comply with EU REACH Compliance and USA CPSIA standards for safe and sustainable production.
